Aidan is a senior at the University of Delaware, pursuing a degree in Finance and Business Analytics. With a foundation in financial modeling and analysis, he supports the acquisitions team by underwriting potential multifamily investments and conducting due diligence procedures.

Through his role in acquisitions, Aidan is gaining hands-on experience and developing expertise in evaluating investment opportunities. This experience has allowed him to strengthen his technical skills in real estate investing.

Outside of work and academics, Aidan is an avid baseball fan and looks forward to exploring new cities and stadiums once graduated.
